If the concern is found to be valid, Elegance will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange, depending on product availability. Refunds will be considered only in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference after delivery.
